Kimi is one of ParentSquare’s Customer Support Agents, and the support team’s Smart Sites expert. Before joining the ParentSquare team, she was a Customer Support Agent with Gabbart Communications assisting Webmaster’s and other users with their website needs. Prior to becoming a part of the EdTech community, Kimi was involved in customer support for Quickbooks, assisting small business owners with their day-to-day accounting, payroll, and payment processing needs. Kimi is engaged to Dalton, they have 2 boys (9 and 7) keeping the home life active and entertaining.
