In 2003, William Raines graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. After Graduation, he worked as a Level III Computer and Network Technician for Lewisville ISD in Texas helping to run and maintain the largest Wide Area Network in the state. This was followed by five years as the Technical Manager of a technology firm based in Durant Oklahoma. He has been with Gabbart Communications since 2010, first as a Sales Representative and Trainer, then as a Solutions Architect, and currently as the Director of Technology.

Will comes from a family of educators and has been married to an award-winning educator for 21 years. This unique insight, plus his education and experiences, has helped him to shape the direction of the Gabbart family of products. His goals have always been to ensure that everything is geared for and focused on, the K-12 environment while staying at the lead edge of technology. The direct interaction with educators using Gabbart products allows him to provide dynamic user experiences that are both powerful, feature-rich, and intuitive. 

In addition to product design and development, he also manages our team of highly educated and experienced full-stack developers and graphic designers. Together they work to help ensure that the needs of the schools' teachers and administrators are being met by new functionalities and improvements to the Gabbart Communications family of products.

When Will is not at work, he is with his wife, Aprill, and their three children, Braden, Lydia, and Sophie.
