 9:50 AM – 10:40 AM: First Steps to success - Dashboard, Site Settings 

In this beginner class, you will learn the many ways to get help within Gabbart Products. You will also learn how to customize your site settings to meet the needs of your district and campus websites including adding contact information, social media integration, map & directions, creating (SEO), and more.

10:50 AM – 11:40 AM: User Management 101

Learn all about the different types of website users and how to manage them. What type of user should you create? When should I suspend them and when should I delete them? Are they added to the directory? All of these questions and more will be answered in this session.

1:00 PM – 1:50 PM: Page Types

We will show you the different page types and how to create and manage them, including turning visibility on and off, rearranging the order, changing searchability, password protecting, and more! Learn the ins and outs of the text editor, how to create links, add photos, embed videos, iframe, and more.

2:00 PM – 2:50 PM: Optimize your Homepage

Let's discuss how to keep your Home Page updated with little to no daily management. Learn all of the ins-&-outs of the Page Stack, including how to create, schedule, rearrange and manage your page stack.

3:10 PM – 4:00 PM: Calendars - Creating Events, Sharing, Integration, and More

Learn how to create and schedule calendar events, set up your calendar feeds from one calendar to another, and discover how easy it is to sync your Google Calendars to the Gabbart website calendar. We'll also teach you how to efficiently manage your calendars through our award-winning Campus Life Management App.
